Ingredients

  • 2 cupscorn kernels, cooked (2 to 3 cobs)
  • Halfred onion, finely diced
  • 2libanese cucumbers, finely diced
  • 1fresh jalapeño pepper, finely diced
  • 1/3 cupwhite vinegar
  • 1/3 cuphoney
  • 2 tablespoonsugar
  • 1 tablespoonmustard powder
  • 1/4 teaspooncelery salt
  • 1/4 teaspoontumeric powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all the ingredients in a pot and bring to boil.

  2. 2

    Reduce heat to medium and let simmer for 25 minutes, stirring once in a while.

  3. 3

    Transfer into your still hot sterilized Mason jar and let cool down before storing in the fridge.

  4. 4

    Serve with hotdogs, burgers or whatever you feel like.

  5. 5

    Enjoy!
