Steps

First soak sugar in milk and keep aside...After some time.. mix it properly.

Grind edible gum in mixer jar (coarsely) keep aside.

Heat a heavy bottomed vessel or wok...Add cardamom powder and wheat flour...stir and roast till golden in colour...On low to medium flame.(it takes 5 -7 mins).

Add edible gum and roast for another 5 - 7 mins.

Add poppy seeds and stir...Add all dry fruits mix..And stir Continuously..Add coconut powder and mix till well combined.

In last add sugar syrup...Soaked in milk...And turn the gas on high flame...And stir quickly to absorb all moisture and till it leave sides...U will see ghee comes on the surface it means done.

Switch off the flame and pour into thali...lightly pat it...Garnish with some Poppy seeds and pista flakes.

Let it cool..And after cooling make marks for pieces...And let it set completely..For 4 -5 hours.(depends on whether).

When it sets completely...Take pieces in serving plate and serve tasty, rich and delicious sweet...
