Ingredients

20-25 minutes
4 servings
  • 15-20Paneer cubes
  • 1-1Bell peppers red and green cut into big chunks
  • 5Baby corn about cut into halves
  • 10Mushrooms about
  • 1-2Onions cut into big pieces
  • FOR THE MARINADE ;
  • 2 tspCocoa powder
  • 3 tbspHung curd
  • 1 tspRed chilli powder
  • 1 tspBlack pepper powder
  • 1-2 clovesGarlic crushed
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tspOregano
  • 2 tbspOlive oil
  • 1/2 CupSour cream
  • FOR SERVING ;
  • Few sprigs of spring onions

Steps

20-25 minutes
  1. 1

    Blanch mushrooms and baby corn for 5 minutes. Keep the rest of the veggies ready. Mix all the ingredients listed under marinade at first.

    Add in all the vegetables and paneer in this marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

    Grill these on a stove top grilling pan as i did. It took me around 25 minutes. Cover it up and keep turning the skewers every now and then for even roasting.

    Serve them hot with Sour Cream and Spring Onions. Enjoy! Yum!
