Grilled kebabs are a lovely treat as an appetizer in any party. It adds splendour. This recipe is adapted from Tarla Dalal's cookbook called 'Kebabs and Tikkis of India's most pioneering Chefs', a name to reckon with. Who does not know her, she is an individual who went on to become a brand which still lives on. This is my tribute to the Cooking Legend.

Blanch mushrooms and baby corn for 5 minutes. Keep the rest of the veggies ready. Mix all the ingredients listed under marinade at first.

Add in all the vegetables and paneer in this marinade and set aside in the refrigerator for 4-5 hours.

Grill these on a stove top grilling pan as i did. It took me around 25 minutes. Cover it up and keep turning the skewers every now and then for even roasting.

Serve them hot with Sour Cream and Spring Onions. Enjoy! Yum!
