First of all in a pan heat oil..Add cumin seeds, crushed garlic and green chilli,saute it

Now add sliced onion and fry it till the golden brown

Now add ginger garlic paste and saute it,now add all dry spices and mix it well.

Add mashed potato,salt and coriander leaves and mix it and cook it for 10 min in medium flame.

Now allow to stuffing cool down completely

In a bowl add dough ingredients and knead a soft dough.

Make a big lemon sized ball with the help of dough and fill it with stuffing and roll out the paratha.

Now heat a tawa and cook this paratha with applying oil and serve it with curd or tomato sauce.
