Ingredients

1/2 cupsugar (120 grams)
2 3/4 cupsself-rising flour (350 grams)
2 packetsvanilla sugar or 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/3 cupolive oil (70 grams)

Beat the eggs with the sugar.

Next, add the olive oil, vanilla, and finally the self-rising flour.

Mix with a spoon, then knead the dough lightly by hand.

Rub a little oil on your hands to prevent sticking and shape the cookies.

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) using the conventional setting. Bake until the cookies start to crack on top—they're ready! (For slightly firmer cookies, bake for 2-5 minutes longer.)
