1 bowl boiled basmati rice
1 cupmix vegetable chopped
To tastesalt and sugar
As neededghee
1 handfulwhole garam masala

Heat oil and temper whole garam masalas

Add chopped vegetables and saute well adding salt and cover

As the vegetables get properly cooked add the boiled rice
4

Add sugar and toss well
5

Serve it hot with side dish of your choice
