Ingredients

  • 1big Carrots (diced thinly)
  • 1small Red bell pepper (diced thinly)
  • 1small Green bell pepper (diced thinly)
  • 1small Yellow bell pepper (diced thinly)
  • 450 gChicken breast (cut to bits)
  • 1 teaspoonCurry powder
  • 1 teaspoonRosemary
  • Soy sauce
  • Salt
  • Tomato paste
  • 1medium Red onions (diced thinly)
  • Rich Meat stock
  • Corn flour
  • 200 gGreen peas

Steps

35 mins
  1. 1

    Season chicken with salt, rosemary, curry powder and soy sauce. Add the green peas and cook until almost tender with less meat stock

  2. 2

    Add the little tomato paste and thick meat stock and continue cooking

  3. 3

    Pour in the diced vegetables and cook for 2 minutes

  4. 4

    Then mix little corn flour in little water and add to the sauce to thicken

  5. 5

    Cook for 3 more minutes and set down
