Take a pan heat oil put mustard and curry leaf crackle them

Cut all vegetables in small size

Add onion green chilli and garlic Ginger and roast for 30 seconds add all vegetables and salt Saute, add 1/2 cup water cover lid and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame

Open lid add Garam Masala and turmeric powder add Daliya roasting for 1 minute add water around 4 cups cover the lid and keep on medium flame cook for 12 or 15 minutes and it's done.
