1st from ready Daugh make a chapati with rolling pin and now spread ghee and besan masala,cut in stips with knife and roll it make a ball.....

Now again make the paratha with light hands.. now heat a twa put the paratha and roast with butter and ghee

For mashala Arbi Heat a pan add 2 spoon ghee and add ajwain,haldi,red chilli add Arbi,salt and other all spices,green chillie and green leaves now mix it well sauté will 2 mins on slow flame.

For cucumber onion raita। Take a bowl add curd and beat it lightly and add cucumber,onion,salt all spices mix it well ready to serve it
