Ingredients

  1. 1 kgchicken legs
  2. 6 tbspdesiccated coconut
  3. 5close garlic
  4. 2 tspground coriander
  5. 1/4 tspground cloves
  6. 1 handfulcoriander leaves
  7. 1 teaspoonground black pepper to taste
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  10. 3green chilis
  11. 1 inchpiece of ginger
  12. 1 teaspooncumin
  13. 1/2 tspground cinnamon
  14. 2medium onions finely sliced
  15. 1 teaspoonvinegar with 1/2 teaspoon tomato purée
  16. Oil for frying

Cooking Instructions

    Rub the chicken with turmeric and salt-set aside

  2. 2

    Dry roast desiccated coconut and your golden brown

  3. 3

    In a blender next chili, garlic, ginger, ground spices, coriander leaves and coconut to form a paste

  4. 4

    Fry the onions then add the paste, continue frying your oil separates.

  5. 5

    Add the chicken and keep moving to all the pieces are completely coated

  6. 6

    Cover tightly and cook on low heat for 40 minutes

  7. 7

    Add a little hot water when chicken is almost done

  8. 8

    Add the pepper and vinegar mixed mixture
