4French bagutte (Slice Thik)
8 gmGarlic (Finelly Chopped)
90 gmFresh Tomatoes
5 gmFresh Basil
5 gmParmesan cheese
2 gmBlack pepper
20 mlOlive oil
to tastesalt

Steps

:Take tomatoes blanch it on boiling water and strain it then cool it on ice bath then Peel and deseed the tomato then cut it small dices

Mix it with break basil and salt pepper olive oil and and garlic slice seasoning to taste.

Take a bread slice toast it on salamander then then put the mixer on toast keep it on plate garnish with fresh basil leave and parmesan cheese.
