Cooking Instructions

Heat a kadai with ghee and roast the crushed cashews, almonds, pumpkin seeds and pistachios
- 2
Add the grated coconut and sauté them all together for few minutes
- 3
Add the sugar and sauté them for few more minutes till the sugar melts and caramelised.
- 4
Off the flame and let it come down to warm temperatures. Then make small round shapes of it greasing hands.
- 5
Continue the same process of making laddo and keep aside
- 6
Soft crunchy yummy laddos are ready to serve
