Firstly washed & soaked dal 4-5 hours. Then drain the water & grained in a thick paste (little bit crunchy). Take in a bowl dal paste, green chilli, salt to taste, ginger garlic paste, & all dry masala coriander leaves baking soda now mix it well.

Put in a side. Another bowl take it wheat flour make a dough with water like puri dough. keep a side.

Now take a big pan (thick bottom), 3 glass water in it & boiling the water. Now make small size ball's with dough, roll it thin pori. Now take a pori put the mixer in center (2-3 spoon) shape it half circle, paste sides to help of water.

Make all poris like this. Now put in boiling water for 15 min in low flame. After 15 min check with a knife, knife is clean it's done, or not then cook for 5 min more.

Ready for frying, cut into pieces heat a pan put some oil heat up, put cumin seeds, onion, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, chat masala, mix it well with pieces. Serve in a plate with green chutney & coriander leaves.
