  • 200 gmarbi sliced
  • 1onion chopped
  • 1/2" ginger paste
  • 2-3slitted green chillies
  • 1 tspcumin seed
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

    Heat oil and temper cumin seed and green chillies

    Add arbi and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder

    Cover to let it cook well

    Add sugar and mix well
