Mix yeast and half a cup water separately

In a bowl,mix margarine and sugar

Add the yeast mixture and stir then vanilla essence

Sieve in your flour and cardamom and mix

Knead as you add milk

Set aside for 30 mins

Divide into equal portions just same size as chapatis then roll and cut in desired shape

Deep fry in hot oil
