Ingredients

4 servings
  1. Dough*
  2. 2 cupsSelf raising flour
  3. 1 cupplain yoghurt
  4. sauce*
  5. 1large onion
  6. 2large tomatoes
  7. 1small garlic
  8. Ginger
  9. 1 bunchparsley
  10. Pepper
  11. Salt
  12. 1 Tbstomatoe paste
  13. toppings*
  14. Mozzarella cheese to desire
  15. White onions sliced
  16. Coloured peppers sliced (capsicum)
  17. Diced pineapple

Cooking Instructions

    Start with the dough first.

    Combine the flour and yoghurt and knead the dough until its soft. Cover with a kitchen towel and let it rest for 30-60mins

  3. 3

    Prepare your sauce, I just mix all the ingredients in a nutri bullet then simmer it on low heat for 10-15mins. Keep checking on it to ensure it doesn't burn. Do not add water, it ruins the texture

    Prepare your cheese and. toppings I used onions, coloured peppers and pineapple of course, completes each pizza 😋

    Cut the dough into two and roll out into a circle

    Place the dough onto pans and Place in the oven for 4-7mins first, #tip we like ours a little crunchy so I let them get a little toasty

    Remove the pans and flip the dough, add your now warm/cool sauce generously, follow with some cheese, preferred topping then more cheese

    Bake for 5-10 mins or until cheese is well melted and the sides of the pizza look cooked

    Serve hot 🔥 and enjoy
