Cooking Instructions

Add besan,ajwain,oil and salt in a mixing bowl mix well make a dough.steam this dough and cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a wok add jeera and onion paste and saute it,

Now add ginger garlic paste and tomato puree and saute untill leave the oil
- 4
Add all masale and roast for 2-3 minutes
- 5
Add water and boiled it,now add gatte and cook for 4-5 minutes,
- 6
Serve hot with paratha.
