For your ugali put water in your pot,then let it boil then koroga hadi ishikane.. when done leave it for 5mins then it's good to go.

Wash your spinach and cut them into your disered size. Then cut your onions and fry till golden brown. Add your spinach and salt and koroga for 3mins and its done

Wash your avacado and peel it and serve...
