  1. 4.vetki fish fillet
  2. 1lime juice
  3. 1 tspginger paste+garlic+green chilli paste
  4. 1 tsponion paste
  5. 1/2 tsp coriander leaves paste
  6. 1egg
  7. 100 gmbreadcrumbs
  8. as neededrefine oil
  9. to tastesalt
  10. 1 tbsp black pepper powder

Cooking Instructions

    At first marinate the fish with onion paste,garlic+ginger,chilli,coriander leaves paste,lime juice,black pepper,salt,egg.

    Marinate the fish minimum 30 minutes.

    Then take a fillet of fish and coating with breadcrumbs.

    Then Keep rest 15 minutes in the fridge.

  5. 5

    After that heat the oil and fry it till golden brown.

  6. 6

    Serve it hot with sauce and salad.
