Add moong daal in mixer jar and grind to make powder.

In a pan dry roast the dal for 4 -5 minutes or till it changes it's colour,on low flame.

After that add milk..+saffron milk stir quickly add ghee stir well add mawa, cardamom powder and sugar mix and.Stir continuously till well combined.Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.

Let the mixture cool completely.

Fill the mixture in modak mould and prepare all modak.
