Ingredients

  • Vermicelli
  • 3/4ltrs milk
  • 1 tinevaporated milk
  • 1/2 tbsCrushed iliki
  • 3 1/2 tbspure ghee
  • to tasteSugar
  • Vanilla essence

Steps

  1. 1

    Take your Tambi I always use this

    Take approx 5-6rolls

    Crush them like so

    In your pan add ghee and iliki after 10 secs add your tambi

  5. 5

    Cook until its golden brown you have to keep on stirring

    Now add milk,sugar as desired and essence 3drops.

  7. 7

    When it starts boiling simmer and add your evaporated milk.

  8. 8

    Add a pinch of saffron

    Ready to eat.
