Ingredients

15 minutes
5 servings
  • 2green mangoes sliced
  • 1 tspmustard seeds
  • 1/4 tspturmeric powder
  • To tastesalt and sugar
  • As neededoil

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    At first boil the raw mango with salt for 2-3 minutes

  2. 2

    Heat oil and temper mustard seeds

  3. 3

    Add mango pieces saut well with salt and turmeric powder

  4. 4

    As it is soft add sugar and water

  5. 5

    Boil well and switch off the heat
