Ingredients

  1. 1sufuria
  2. 1/2 cupoats flour
  3. 1 cupcold water
  4. 1/2 cupmilk
  5. 1 tspsugar (to taste but you can add more or no sugar)

    Mix your oat flour with cold water and milk in a clean bowl

  2. 2

    Place your sufuria on heat and add your mixture to the sufuria and simmer for 10 mins. Enjoy your porridge while warm or hot
