Take a bowl full of water and soak mixed lentils overnight. The next morning put them in muslin cloth and hang them by sprinkling water for about 8-10 hours.

Now steam the sprouts for sometime or until get tender.We can use as it is without steaming.

Meanwhile, finely chop tomatoes, onions,paneer and coriander leaves. Keep them aside in separate bowls.

Next, tomatoes, onions, coriander chutney, cumin powder, black pepper,paneer cubes,coriander powder,sprouts and black salt to the deep bowl. Mix all the ingredients well.

Garnish the sprouts with coriander leaves,paneer cubes.

Now serve mixed lentils sprouts with variety of fruits and freshly made orange juice.Totally healthy breakfast.
