Steps

Soak the beans in cold water for 30 minutes and wash, removing the back of the beans

Add onion and scotch bonnet to the beans and grind to smoothness

Add both vegetable oil and palm oil, seasoning of your choice, salt and spices to the paste and a little water to have a medium consistency

Greese the containers with oil and scoop the paste, add slice boiled egg on top. Put in a steamer and cook for 1 hour

Serve with palm oil and pepper or stew.
