Ingredients

10 minutes
3 servings
  • 2 cupspuffed rice
  • 2 tablespoonmint coriander chutney
  • 2 tablespoontamarind dates chutney
  • 1 teaspoonred chilli chutney
  • 1 large boiled potato - peeled and chopped
  • 1/2-3/4 cupboiled moong beans or steamed moong sprouts
  • 1 medium sizedtomato - finely chopped
  • 1 small onion - finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoonroasted cumin powder
  • 1 teaspoonchaat masala
  • 1/2 teaspoonred chilli powder
  • 1/4 cupchopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4-1/2 cupsev
  • 5-6papdis - broken into pieces
  • 2 tablespoonroasted peanuts
  • 1 teaspoonlemon juice
  • to tasteBlack salt

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly dry roast the puffed Rice in a kadai or pan till they become crisp

  2. 2

    Let them cool and take them all in a large bowl

  3. 3

    Add everything to the puffed rice except sev and coriander leaves

  4. 4

    Quickly mix everything

  5. 5

    Now lastly garnish bhel puri with some coriander leaves and sev

  6. 6

    Serve bhel puri immediately
