Take oil in a pan heat it add the tadka and then turmeric powder hing curry pata then cabbage with salt and ginger and cook well then add boiled Chanadhal and cook well with the masala and salt. It’s ready to serve with paratha or roti.

Banana milkshake with chia seeds. First soak the chia seeds in water for half hour then grind 2 banana small with sugar and a teaspoon of milk to a nice paste.. if you put full milk it will not blend well. Then after it blends well add half liter milk and chilli once chilled you can add the chia seeds and serve cold.

For salad: Make juliennes of cucumber and carrot and sprinkle it with salt and pepper and serve.
