  1. 2 cupswheat flour
  2. 1 tspAjwain
  3. to tasteSalt
  4. as neededOil for frying
  5. as neededOil for moin

Steps

20 minutes
  1. 1

    Take wheat flour, add Ajwain, salt.

  2. 2

    With little water knead a dough little hard.

  3. 3

    Make balls and roll into small puri's.

  4. 4

    Prick each puri with fork so that it does not blow.

  5. 5

    Fry in oil. This can be preserved for 15 days.
