Get your meat,wash it and roast using charcoal.

When it's done, put it aside and allow it to cool for two hours. Our mamas would store it for two weeks or more.

Soak it in cold water for 30 mins before you wash.

Cut into small pieces.

In a traditional cooking pot,add cooking oil, your chopped onions, when golden brown, add the tomatoes and let them get soft.

Add the pieces of meat and stir.

Stir, then add the traditional meat tenderizer and cover your pot.

Add some little water, cover for 10 mins.y

When soft enough, serve with hot ugali or mashed potatoes.
