In a pan,heat oil on medium heat then add onions

When the onions are transparent add the crushed garlic as you stir continuously

When browned add the sliced tomatoes and hoho and cook for 3mins when covered and on low heat

When formed a paste add the okra and continue stiring carefully not to break the okras for 10mins on medium heat

After the 10mins the okra wont be slippery

Add the boiled meat and let them cook for 5-10mins

Serve when hot with starch of choice. I served with ugali
