Combine milk sugar and yeast in a bowl, cover with a napkin and allow sit for 10mins or until yeast foams

Add salt,butter,egg and 2 1/2 cups of flour together. Mix thoroughly until well combined

Mix remaining flour until sticky and fluffy

Transfer dough to an oily bowl cover for 90 mins or until it doubles in size
- 5
Lightly grease baking pan,punch dough and cut into smooth balls and cover for another 30 mins

Preheat oven for 15 mins and bake for 12 to 15 mins
