Remove the skin of the Liver, wash it and soak in the milk for half an hour.

Meanwhile, chop all the vegetables.

Fry your onions until translucent. Add your garlic and ginger and cook for 2 minutes stirring.

Add your Tomatoes and cook until they are dry

Wash the soaked Liver and out all the milk.

Add the liver and stir for awhile then leave it to simmer until they are dry.

Add some water and continue simmering.

Add your green pepper and stir.

The Liver is ready you can add the dhania and it is ready to serve.

Enjoy with hot ugali or any other starch, accompanied with greens.
