  • 5matoke peeled and eashed
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Water
  • Turmeric
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan put everything together...add water and cover.

  2. 2

    Let it cook till soft do not put oil.

  3. 3

    Serve hot. I took mine without stew but you can serve with any stew or g nut sauce.
