Steps

Heat oil in a pan or vok. Then add jeera and hing. Then add finely chopped garlic and onions and fry for 2 minutes.

When onion becomes light pink, then add all dry spices.

Add half cup malai into it and remain keep aside.

Fry for 2 minutes. Now add cubed potatoes, saute them and cover with lid.. Cook till potatoes become soft.

Then add tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.

Add kasuri methi, and turn off the flame.

Add remain malai frequently, mix well.

Malai aaloo korma is ready. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Enjoy with naan, paratha or chapati.
