Ingredients

  1. 1/2 glassrice
  2. 1/2 glassgreen dal
  3. 1onion
  4. 1potato
  5. 1tomato
  6. 1green chilli
  7. 1 tspred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 tspgaram masala
  9. 1/2 tsphaldi powder
  10. to tastesalt
  11. as neededGhee
  12. as requiredWater

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat some ghee in a pressure cooker.

  2. 2

    Add chopped onion, tomato, potato, green chilli to it. Cook it.

  3. 3

    Add salt, red chilli, garam masala

  4. 4

    Add rice and dal to it.

  5. 5

    Add 2 glass water.

  6. 6

    Wait for 2 whistles, then remove it from heat.

  7. 7

    Khichdi is ready..
