I like using beer in cakes and meat dishes... Alcohol evaporates when heated, the cake is totally safe, you won't get drunk😂😂😂. It just leaves a nice flavour and colour.

I like using beer in cakes and meat dishes... Alcohol evaporates when heated, the cake is totally safe, you won't get drunk😂😂😂. It just leaves a nice flavour and colour.
Steps

Preheat oven to 350° and line your baking tin

In a pan put the guiness and butter/margarine and heat until it melts.

Remove from heat and add cocoa

Followed by icing sugar.

Next is brown sugar.

Whisk them together until well combined

In a bowl combine eggs and vanilla essence and whisk.

Sift together flour and baking powder.

Add half of the guiness mixture and half of the flour and fold in, Add the remaining flour and the guiness mixture little by little till well combined.

You should get a smoth batter.

Pour in your baking tin and bake for 1hr to 1hr 30mins or until well baked.
