Coconut flesh is highly nutritious and Rich in fibre, vitamin C, E, B1, B3, B5, and B6 and minerals including iron, selenium, sodium, calcium and phosphorus.
Steps

Break coconut and collect the juice. Remove the flesh from the shell and grate along the flesh of the coconut so as to get long pieces of coconut.

Pour the coconut juice and sugar into a pot, stir and set to boil on medium heat.

Add the grated coconut pieces and pour water to rise to the same level as the coconut.

Cover the pot and live it to boil at high heat until the water is evaporated.

Reduce the heat and continue stirring until it starts sticking together and start turning brown.

You can scoop it while it is still sticky and shape it or keep stirring until it becomes non sticky as seen in the picture.
