First of all, I soaked the date for about 30 minutes to soften it.

I wash my fruits and dice it.

I then put them all together (cocor, pineapple, and date) in a blender and blended it.

I sieve it with siever (kyallen tata), put sugar, then a take to the refrigerator for 30 15 minutes (for your choice)
