Steps

Grind together onion,garlic and Cumin Seeds and pepper

Heat oil in a pan.Add the paste and stir then add red chilli powder and salt and turmeric powder

Keep stirring until masala leaves oil

Now add washed shak and give a nice stir.Lower the flame

And let the shak cook when half done add sliced raw Mango.

Cover the lid add little water and let it cook completely
- 7
Serve with steamed rice.
