Marinate chicken with all ingredients mentioned under Marination section for 30 minutes to 1 hour

Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan. Roast whole spices, sesame, poppy seeds and dry red chilli for few seconds

Add coconut, onions, little salt and roast until golden brown
- 4
Allow to cool completely. Grind the mixture with chopped tomatoes and adequate water to form smooth Puree

Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. add curry leaves and saute for few seconds. Add ground puree. Cook for 4-5 minutes until oil seperates

Add chicken, salt and water. Mix well. Bring to boil

Cover and Simmer until chicken is cooked stirring occasionally

Add coriander leaves and mix well. Garnish with fresh chopped coriander leaves. Serve hot with rice, bhakri or chapatis
