Ingredients

Serves 4 servings
  • 2beef steaks
  • 1bell pepper
  • 1/2onion
  • 1 1/2 cupsshredded asadero cheese (about 150 grams)
  • Pre-cooked flour tortillas
  • Salsa of your choice

Steps

  1. 1

    Grill the steaks on a griddle or grill until medium, then cut them into small cubes.

  2. 2

    Chop the onion and bell pepper into small pieces, add them to the meat, and cook again.

  3. 3

    When the onion is almost translucent, add the cheese.

  4. 4

    Assemble the tacos and enjoy!
