Steps

Add maida, ajwain, salt, oil in a mixing bowl,add little water and make a dough rest dough for 1/2 hours

Heat oil in a pan and green chilli add saute for a miutne now add mashed potatoes and mix it well

Make ball with the dough, cut into two parts.

Make samosa shape fill this mixture and bind with the help of water
- 5
Heat oil in a work add samosa and deep fry till golden in colur
- 6
Serve hot with green chutney
