I am a lover of caramel and this dish is one of my favourites. It is so quick and easy to prepare and taste so yummy.
Steps

For the base: Crush your tennis biscuit and mix butter with it to create a dough mixture. Press this onto the bottom of your tray and cover all parts of the tray including the sides. Press it and ensure it's flat. Leave this in the fridge for a while

For the filling: place your fresh cresm in a bowl and whip it. Do not over whip. Add you caramel peppermint treat into the cream and whip again until it's light in colour, fluffy and not to thick or thin.

Spread your filling onto the biscuit base and grate your peppermint slab chocolate on the top. Place in fridge to settle then serve after 2 hrs. Enjoy!
