Put ur pot on fire,add up water n bring to boil. Add ur pasta,pinch of salt and teaspoon of veg oil n boil for 5-6 mints

Grate ur pepper n half of onion,d rest of the onion slice n keep aside.

Strain off the pasta in a colander n keep aside. Cut and wash ur spinach with salt,and rinse twice after the salt wash n strain off

Get a pan,add up oil n ur crushed ginger n stir. Add ur grated pepper n onion fry. Add ur seasoning n spice,and ur meat stock if any(u can add little water in its absence), add ur spinach n cook for 1min. Add ur ur pasta n sliced onions n continue stirring,cover n allow to simmer for 1 to 2 mins over low heat. Enjoy.
