Ingredients

  1. 250 gramspaneer
  2. 1/2 cupdahi
  3. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  4. 1/2 tsp bhuna jeera powder
  5. 1 tspdhaniya powder
  6. 1 tbsginger garlic paste
  7. 1 tspLal mirch pwr
  8. to tasteSalt
  9. For Gravy
  10. 2onions chopped
  11. 2tomatoes chopped
  12. 1 tbspcoriander whole
  13. 1 piecedalchini
  14. 1big cordamom
  15. 1/2 tsp Lal mirch pwr
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. 1whole red chilli
  18. 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
  19. 1 tsp kasuri methi
  20. 1/4 cupmalai
  21. 10cashew
  22. to tasteSalt
  23. Butter for frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Whisk curd add all powdered spices add paneer mix well keep aside for 1/2 hour for marination

    Heat a non stick pan add buttershallow fry all paneer pieces

    Heat another pan add butter add onion cashew and all whole spices add tomatoes

    Add salt and all powered spices

  5. 5

    Transfer in a grinder add 1/2 cup water and make fine paste

  6. 6

    Heat pan add butter add paste after boiling add curd

  7. 7

    Add roasted kasuri methi and paneer tikka and whisked malai

  8. 8

    Cook for 1 minute

  9. 9

    Garnish with green chopped coriander
