  • 125 gbutter
  • 185 mlcream milk
  • 3eggs
  • 250 mlcastor sugar
  • 375 mlflour sifted
  • 15 mlbaking powder

    Mix butter until it melts add eggs sugar flour and baking powder

  2. 2

    Beat until well combined

  3. 3

    Pour mixture into a baking pepper lined round cake tin and bake for 40min at 180;c
