Butter Palak paneer

Clean the Palak leaves and blanch them. Grind them into a paste and keep it aside

Heat oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds into it. Once they crackle add the chopped onions, Ginger,garlic and chillies into it and saute well

Once the onions turn golden brown add the masala powders, salt and the Palak paste into it and mix well
- 4
Add curd and saute it for a while. Once the gravy consistency is reached, cut the paneers into small cubes and add into it
- 5
Once the Palak in well cooked, remove and serve with a dollop of butter on top
