Ingredients

  • 1grated medium carrot
  • 1/2 cup grated cabbage
  • 1/2 finely chopped capsicum
  • 1/2 tbsp ginger,garlic,paste
  • 1boiled grated potato
  • 2 spoonsoya sauce
  • 1/2 cupwheat flour
  • 1/2all purpose flour
  • 1 packetMeggie masla (RS 5)
  • Pinchajinomoto
  • Pinchblack pepper
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take bowl,mix together all vegatables

    Add soya sauce,salt, ginger garlic paste, Meggie masalo,ajino Moto,black pepper mix all it

    Wheat flour and all purpose flour pinch of salt mix well and make soft dough

    Make big ball from the dough and roll it into thick roti, all vegetables mix and gather roti to from into a flat ball..

    Roll it very lightly into a thick roti

    Put on hot tawa..cook on medium flame an applying butter both side and redy ours Manchurian partha
