Ingredients

  1. 5medium size boiled aloo
  2. 200 gmpaneer
  3. 3medium sized onion
  4. 4medium size tomato
  5. 60 gmGinger garlic green chilli paste
  6. 2-3 eachcardamom, cloves, cinnamon, Bay leaves,
  7. 1 tbspblack pepper seeds and cummin seeds
  8. as neededSalt
  9. 1 tspTurmeric powder
  10. 2 tspKashmiri mirch
  11. 2 tbspCoriander powder
  12. 1 tspJeera powder
  13. as neededChopped nuts
  14. 8-10Raisins
  15. as neededFresh cream
  16. 2big spoon butter
  17. 80 gmcashewnut paste
  18. 150 gmrefinded flour
  19. Oil for deep frying

Steps

    These are all the ingredients for malai Kofta

    Take a pan put cummin seeds, black pepper seeds, bay leaves, cinnamon, cardamom and roast them until they became brown then cool them down and make a powder in the mixer grinder

    Grate the boiled potatoes and paneer after that mix with 4 tablespoon flour. Add salt, Jeera powder, kashmiri mirch as per your taste and make a dough

    Grease some oil on hands and make a ball from dough then give it a shape of cup and fill chopped nuts and raisins in it then make it in cylindrical shape and coat it with the flour

    Take a pan and deep fry the koftas until they became golden brown

    Take a pan and put butter in it add onions in it and saute for 2 min. Then add tomatoes in it add little bit of water to soften tomatoes and cook it then add spices and ginger garlic green chilli paste in it. Let it cool down at room temperature. Put it in mixer grinder and make a paste

    Take a pan put some oil in it now strain the prepared paste in pan and add cashewnut paste in it with fresh cream and cook it for 8-10 min

    Take serving bowl and put prepared Koftas in it then pour the gravy from above and garnish with fresh cream and ready to eat 😊🌹
