Steps

Put your pork in a sufuria with a little water, salt, cinnamon, ginger and garlic paste and bring to a boil.

When the water is almost drying up add in your chopped onions and stir until they start to brown. (if your pork did not extract oil then you need to add some cooking oil)

Add your diced tomatoes, stir then let it simmer until the tomatoes are cooked through.

Add your spices starting with the soy sauce, garam masala, coriander and a little water to help cook the spices into the pork.

Once the water is over serve your pork with some veggies and ugali or rice.
